How do I apply for the condo?

Can I stay in DIAMOND APARTMENTS for one day or two years?
Yes, absolutely! DIAMOND APARTMENTS offers two types of stay which are short (5 days+), long (3+months).
How much do I pay my rent?
Based on your enquiry our agent provides a customized offer for you. In general, you can calculate 1200USD per month plus utilities if long-term and 130USD per day excl. tax.
When is my rent due?
If the long-term contract, your rent is due on the 5th of every month. The very first rent is due before you start living in a condo.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit you pay is 1000USD and is due before you start living in a condo.
Will my security deposit be refunded?
We like to refund your deposit as soon as possible once your unit is inspected with no damage.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are not allowed in Diamond Apartments.
Does DIAMOND APARTMENTS offers disabled access to all condos & the restaurant?
The access for disabled people is everywhere within the ground floor (1st floor) which means condos (excl. the 2nd and top floors) and all outdoor facilities inside our community.
What is the availability of the amenities within our community?
Starting October 1st, 2022 the pool and restaurant are open to everyone! $15 pool entrance applies to anyone older than 5 years, and residents living in our complex do not pay anything at all!
Do you offer onsite maintenance?
Yes, you can day-time schedule our experienced technician by calling the onsite property manager at +504 8939-9887. Some of the maintenance & installations work will be charged.
Do you offer onsite parking for residents?
Yes, every condo has 1 parking lot.
